• By requesting one of my commissions, you agree to my terms of service.• A fullbody character can count for halfbody price if at least half of its body is covered or obscured.• Simple/abstract backgrounds are free! Detailed backgrounds (e.g., a scene) cost extra, depending on complexity.• Extra characters will cost an additional 50% of the base price.• There may be additional fees depending on the commission's complexity, such as complicated accessories/patterns, additional requested changes to the commission, etc.

Terms of Service
Revisions & Deadlines
Major revisions after the final sketch is approved by the commissioner will result in extra charges! Of course, errors on my part will not count as a revision! In addition, minor changes can be made after the artwork is finished for no extra charge!I don't work with strict deadlines unless specifically requested in advance! The commission may take anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on complexity, external factors (e.g., personal life), and my current queue. I will be as transparent as possible about any delays and whatnot!If a commission should be finished by a certain date (e.g., birthdays/holidays), please inform me, and we can work something out! As long as you give me a reasonably long enough frame of time to complete it, it should be smooth sailing! But please be mindful of the queue and those who've commissioned me first.

Approval & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars! All payments will be made via PayPal unless otherwise stated.I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason. If this happens, you’ll be refunded the total amount.Please provide clear visual references for any characters for the sketch and as much detail as possible. I don't want to ballpark something only for you to dislike it, after all!If you don't provide a pose, I will take artistic liberty for it and cannot be significantly changed later.After receiving the final approved sketch, an invoice will be sent to your provided PayPal account. At this point, no refunds will be allowed, except in certain circumstances (e.g., I am unable to complete a commission and thus will refund the payment).

Commercial usage
As of now, all commissions will be for personal use only; please do not make any money using the commission in any way.Commercial usage includes but is not limited to:
• Assets made for shops or ad-supported platforms.
• Merchandise or monetized products (Redbubble, YouTube videos, CD/book covers, etc.).
• Promotional material to advertise products.Under no circumstance are you allowed to use any artwork of mine as an NFT.

What gear do I use?
Currently, I use Procreate on a fourth-generation 11-inch iPad Pro with the Apple Pencil. This combination is a bit more of an expensive option, but it's great if you're consistently on the go!In the past, I've used a Huion H610 Pro V2 along with Clip Studio Paint. These are very cheap and beginner-friendly options, especially when Clip Studio Paint is on sale.

What can I do with my commission?
You're free to use the artwork so long as you do not make any money off of it. Also, so long as you provide proper credit, you're free to post/use commissions from me on social media, personal stickers, and so on!However, I hold the right to display any commission on my profiles, portfolios, samples, and so on. I will not use your commission for any monetary purpose!
